REGISTRATION POLICIES FOR DELEGATES PAYMENTS:

TAXES
VAT 21% must be included in your payment. To ensure admission all fees must be received before the date of the event. The delegate must cover all bank charges connected to payment.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing by February 12, 2010 and will be the subject to an administration fee of EUR 50. It is regretted that cancellations received after this time, and those not put in writing, will not be accepted and the delegates will be liable for the full Forum fee. Substitutions may be made at any time provided the organizers have been informed.
