Traditionally, during the Forum the Ministers of Finance, Officials of the Central European Banks, legislators and regulators discuss such issues as state budget, inflation, monetary policy and other subjects of the sphere. Business leaders, CEOs and CFOs of the biggest international and Baltic companies also participate in the Forum. Financial services are being presented by banks, financial management institutions, consulting, insurance, leasing and investment companies, as well as pension funds.

 
Each year the Forum gathers around 400 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, other European countries, Russia and CIS.
