REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Payments and taxes
According to Latvian legislation your payment must include VAT 21%. All payments must be made before the conference. All payments for bank services must be maid by the participant. Payments in EUR should be made according to the rate set by the Bank of Latvia for the date of payment

Cancellations and changes
Cancellations must be received in writing by 30 September 2009 and are subject to an administration fee of EUR 40 per participant per each conference part.It is regretted that cancellations received after this time, and those not put in writing, will not be accepted and the participant will be liable for the full registration fee.

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time provided the Organizers have been informed by e-mail or fax, and participant have received from organizers confirmation that these changes were maid.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to change content and timing of the programme.
